Just as we were about to start construction on Tinder, our world came to a screeching halt. We held off on building per the plan, and in a few short weeks we pivoted the overall design, made some wild guesses as to what "post-pandemic" life might be like, and despite several curve balls, we continued construction.
While our crystal ball was murky, we came up with a few solutions that have held up surprisingly well: tech-enabled workspaces, different work-settings for different work-modes, and a good mix of spaces for mixed sizes and types of events, onsites, and all-hands.
I'm thrilled with how this one turned out.. the view from that speakeasy will never not be my favorite.. and our rockstar design team during my chapter at Rapt LA will always hold a dear place in my heart!
