After close examination of the bones and flow, I reworked the layout of this 90’s townhome. I developed a permit set for city approval (added a bedroom which increased the home’s value), developed a construction set with relevant architectural details, and selected all artwork and FF&E (furniture, finishes, and equipment). I managed all building department approvals, the project budget, two general contractors, and many sub-contractors, all during a global pandemic.
